FACTORS AFFECTING DELIVERY

SHIPPING ADDRESS

RISK OF LOSS
Once we hand package to carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
This means:
- You own the package from that point forward
- You may want insurance for high-value orders
- Carrier assumes responsibility, not Be Nova Drop
- We help coordinate with carrier for lost/damaged packages
LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN PACKAGES
Damaged Package
If you receive your order damaged:
