Shipment Notification

  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track package

Tracking Updates

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update in carrier system
  • You can track using the link in your email
  • Or visit carrier's website directly with tracking number

If Tracking Doesn't Work

  • We'll investigate and provide update

FACTORS AFFECTING DELIVERY

Delays may occur due to:

  • ✅ Seasonal peaks (holidays, high-volume periods)

  • ✅ International border processing
  • ✅ Government restrictions

We are NOT liable for delays beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International Orders

When your order crosses international borders, you may owe:

  • Be Nova Drop does NOT pay customs duties

EU Customers

Non-EU International Customers

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your Responsibility

You must provide:

If Address Is Incorrect

If We Cannot Change Address

  • We ship to address provided
  • You may contact carrier to redirect
  • If undeliverable, package returns to us
  • We can reship to correct address (additional cost may apply)

Delivery Location

We ship to:

  • ✅ Apartment buildings
  • ✅ Business addresses
  • ✅ PO boxes (where carrier allows)

RISK OF LOSS

Once we hand package to carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

This means:

  • You own the package from that point forward
  • You may want insurance for high-value orders
  • Carrier assumes responsibility, not Be Nova Drop
  • We help coordinate with carrier for lost/damaged packages

LOST, DAMAGED & STOLEN PACKAGES

Damaged Package

If you receive your order damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately:

    • Email: hello@benovadrop.com
    • Include: Order number, photos of damage
    • Include: Tracking number
  2. We will:

    • ✅ File claim with carrier
    • ✅ Investigate with carrier
    • ✅ Provide replacement or refund
    • ✅ Cover all costs (defective = our responsibility)
  3. Timeline: 10–30 business days (carrier dependent)

Important: Keep packaging and damaged goods for claim.


Lost Package

If your package doesn't arrive:

  1. Wait for estimated delivery date (add 5 extra days)

  2. Contact us if still not arrived:

    • Email: hello@benovadrop.com
    • Include: Tracking number, order number, date ordered
  3. We will:

    • ✅ File claim with carrier
    • ✅ Investigate with carrier
    • ✅ Reship or refund (your choice)
    • ✅ Keep you updated
  4. Timeline: 30–60 days (carrier dependent)


Stolen Package

If package shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Contact carrier immediately (don't wait)

    • Use tracking number
    • Report as stolen/missing
    • File claim with carrier
  2. Contact us:

    • Include: Tracking number, order number
    • Explain situation
  3. We will:

    • ✅ Assist filing claim
    • ✅ Reship or refund

Recommendation: Request signature confirmation for peace of mind.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times before returning package.

If not available:

  • Carrier leaves notice with instructions
  • You can arrange redelivery or pickup
  • You may be able to hold for pickup at facility

Special Delivery Requests

You can request:

  • ✅ Pickup from carrier location
  • ✅ Delivery to specific location

RETURNS SHIPPING

  • Tools = may be tested, returnable within 30 days
  • Defective products = we cover return shipping
  • Other returns = varies (email for evaluation)
